INTERNAL : This villa is made up of the GROUND FLOOR which consists of a spacious living room with SAT TV/TDT and access, via a few steps, to the open dining room, as well as to the pool area. There is a separate fully fitted kitchen with a gas fire and dishwasher. A bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. The UPPER FLOOR consists of two bedrooms with two single beds each and one of them with a bathroom with shower en suite. A bedroom with a double bed and finally a bathroom with shower.
EXTERNAL: Large terrace with a 9x10 triangular pool with roman steps and outdoor shower. A nice built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and it has parking for 3 vehicles on the same plot.
LOCATION : The villa is located in a residential area in Calpe, just 1 km from La Fustera beach and 2 km from La Fossa beach, as well as all restaurants and all other facilities. The nearest supermarket is 750 m away and the center of Calpe 4.5 km away.
REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with a supplement.
