Le propriétaire est même passé pour voir si tout allait bien et savoir si nous avions des soucis particuliers avec les divers équipements.
Seul bémol: Jaccuzi en panne (doit être prochainement réparé selon le propriétaire)

LAYOUT: This rencently built villa is on two floors, with an internal staircase. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower. From the bedrooms and the corridor, you access to a large terrace where you can sunbath. On the main floor, there is a bedroom (with single beds) and a bathroom (with shower). Pleasant kitchen fully equipped and cozy living room with chymey. There is also a close garage for one car. OUTSIDE: This beautiful property has a very pleasant garden with gravel, lots of plants, palmtrees and a beautiful olive tree. We have a swimming pool with a fountain, Jacuzzi and sun beds. Large porch with outdoor furniture and nice sofas where you can have a rest. Close to the swimming pool, there is a toilet, an outdoor shower and a portable barbecue. The access to the villa is through a sliding automatic door where we can park our car. LOCATION: The villa is in a quiet urbanization of the famous village of Calpe, at only 5min by car of its beautiful sand beaches, the supermarkets and restaurants. Not forgetting the Nature reserve of the Peñon de Ifach, which you can visit and climb. INTERNET-WIFI – NON-SMOKERS
