A bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bath en suite. Two bedrooms each with two single beds. Finally, there are two bathrooms with bath.
EXTERNAL: Large terrace with a 8x4 pool with roman steps and a portable barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. There is parking for four vehicles outside the property.
LOCATION: This villa is located in a privileged area, given the tranquility and proximity to the sandy beach and all shops. It is just 650 m to the nearest supermarket and 950 m to the sandy beach and the restaurants. Calpe city center is 3 km away.
