INTERNAL: The LOWER FLOOR is closed during the rental and remains uninhabited. On the GROUND FLOOR there is a large living-dining room with SAT / TDT TV. A fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. A bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and bathroom with bath en suite. Two bedrooms with two single beds each, one with air conditioning. Finally, there is a bathroom with bathtub. On the UPPER FLOOR there is a double bedroom with air conditioning and a separate bathroom with bathtub.

EXTERNAL: The villa has a rectangular 8x4 pool with roman steps and outdoor shower. There is plenty of space to sunbathe and prepare outdoor meals with the portable grill. On the same property there is parking for 3 vehicles.

LOCATION: This villa is very well located, due to its proximity to the center of Calpe and to the beach. Just 900 meters away is the nearest supermarket and restaurant. The sandy beach is 1.3 km away.

REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost.
