Distribution of the villa: with 300 m2 of living space:

The villa is distributed over two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the main floor there are two living rooms, a living room with a beautiful hanging fireplace and air conditioning, a dining room, and a second living room with a built in fireplace and sofas. A spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a first bedroom with a double bed and ceiling fan, a bathroom with a bath and a second bedroom with a double bed and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has two single beds and a ceiling fan. The whole floor has central heating.

On the second floor there is a fourth bedroom with a double bed, terrace and air conditioning and a fifth bedroom with a double bed. On the same floor there is a complete bathroom with bathtub and shower that is shared by both bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a shared terrace.

The villa has a separate room on the ground floor with a large living room with sofa, with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower.

The entrance to the villa has an electric gate for vehicles and another pedestrian gate. You will find a large parking area for several vehicles and the main entrance to the house.
The villa Ifach has a beautiful garden with a lot of space and several terraces where you can enjoy the maximum outdoors, a nice barbecue area with a table to eat, and a summer kitchen where you can enjoy the maximum of your stay in the villa. The private swimming pool, is 8/5 and has a hammock area for sunbathing, a courtesy toilet so you do not have to enter the house if you are in the pool area and a washing machine room.
It is located 2 km from Calpe with all services, 2 km from the sandy beach "Playa Arenal Bol" 2 km, 3 km from the train station in Calpe. 78 km from Alicante airport.
