Superbe villa , au dessus de nos espérances sur bcp de point. Seul chose la piscine ne mérite pas 72m2 je pense , et les photos la grossissent. Mais elle est super quand même !

GREAT COUNTRY HOUSE IN BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH SECURE PRIVATE POOL, for a maximum of 10 people. LAYOUT: This big 300 m2 house is divided on two floors and connected by an internal staircase. On the top floor there are three bedrooms (two doubles and one with singles) and a bathroom. On the main floor, two bedrooms (one double one with singles) and a bathroom with a shower too. The spacious independent kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining area. The living room is cozy and confortable thanks to the iron chimney and nice sofas. There is also a glased terrace turned into a rest room. EXTERIOR: The main feature would have to be the big fenced pool. Great when staying with young children. Right next to it sunbeds and outdoor furniture. The well looked after garden has palms, trees and an area for children with slide and swing. There is also of course a BBQ and parking space inside the plot. LOCATION: Placed in an ideal spot, right by the crossing between Calpe, Benissa and Benimarco. Close to a little supermarket and from the roads that take you to the beaches of Calpe, Benissa and Moraira. OTHERS: FREE WIFI INTERNET, FENCED POOL
