La piscine était formidable et il y avait de beaux arbustes et arbres fruitiés ainsi qu'un bel aménagement paysagé.

Beautiful summer villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 6 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on one floor.
INTERNAL: This beautiful villa consists of the MAIN FLOOR which is made up of a spacious living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace and pool. A fully equipped independent kitchen with gas cooker and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with two single beds each, one of them with air conditioning. A bedroom with a double bed and finally two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
EXTERNAL: Large terrace where you can enjoy the 8x3 kidney-shaped pool with Roman steps. There is parking on the same plot for 2-3 vehicles.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a very quiet area, but only 1.5 km from the center of Calpe and its services and 2 km from the sandy beach.
REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with a supplement.
