On the GROUND FLOOR, we will find the living room equipped with Sat / Tdt TV and air conditioning, which communicates through the dining room with a beautiful well equipped independent kitchen; this floor also has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a separate bathroom with shower. On the other hand, the FIRST FLOOR also has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV Sat / Tdt and dining room, two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds) and a separate bathroom with bathtub.
EXTERNAL: On the terrace that surrounds the house, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool or prepare a delicious barbecue.
LOCATION: Villa located in the Ortenbach area, a quiet residential area but only 700m from the nearest supermarket and 2.4km from the Arenal-Bol beach in Calpe. The center of Calpe with all its supermarkets and restaurant are located 2.3km from the town and the iconic Peñón de Ifach, just over 3km.
REMARKS: Pets are allowed up to 12kg with a supplement.
