The UPPER FLOOR has two bedrooms with air conditioning, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. Finally, there is a bathroom with shower.
EXTERNAL: Beautiful fenced 10x5 pool for the safety of children with roman steps and outdoor shower. There is a built-in barbecue for outdoor meals. On the same property there is parking for four vehicles.
LOCATION: This villa is located in an environment full of nature and tranquility. It is 4.5 km to the nearest supermarket and restaurants. The sandy beach is 5 km away, as is the town center of Calpe.
