There is a covered summer kitchen, equipped with fridge, microwave, gas stove, TV / SAT. The studio is located at the bottom of the house next to the pool and the outdoor kitchen. It consists of a bedroom, a very simple small kitchen with a fridge and a small electric hob with two burners and a small table, a dining room and a bathroom with a sink. The shower is located outside right next to the entrance of the studio, it is covered, well protected and not visible.
The main house is upstairs but will not be inhabited during the rental.
There is no parking but you can park in front of the gate.
To the beach are 3.5 km, shopping possibilities and center 3 km, bars and restaurants 2 km.
Car is needed.
Electricity included from June to September. From October to May:
70 kw / week incl. The cost per extra kW consumed will be € 0.30 per kW.
