This beautiful villa very close to the beach has a garage, garden and private swimming pool, and has a capacity for 4 people. The cosy accommodation is distributed over 60 m2 and is composed of an open-plan Living Room/Kitchen/Dining Room, 2 bedrooms and a fully renovated bathroom. The house has air conditioning throughout the accommodation, as well as Wifi and Satellite TV in the living room. Upon entering, we find the living room/dining room and kitchen area, the latter equipped with all kinds of amenities. Fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and juicer. From the living room and dining room, glass doors open to the garden and pool area, all properly furnished with sun loungers and a table and chairs to enjoy the place. It also has a barbecue. Both bedrooms have two 90cm beds and the bathroom has been recently renovated. It is located 450 m from the "Mas y Mas" supermarket, 550 m from the "Las Marinas" sandy beach, 1 km from the "Aldi" supermarket, 3 km from the city of Denia, Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included.
