A nice family house on a large fenced plot with a wide diversity of plants, as well as orange and lemon trees. The pool is 8x4m with Roman steps and has on one side the terrace and the pergola and on the other side the barbecue. The large lawn area with fruit trees is ideal for children to play. The house is divided into two floors.
According to municipal ordinance, barbecue with fire cannot be used from June 1 to October 15
On the lower floor there is a separate kitchen equipped with a fridge with freezer, a gas hob, an oven, a microwave and a washing machine. The living room is large and has TV / SAT and open fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a french double bed, another room with a single bed and a bunk bed, and another room with bunk beds. It has a bathroom with a shower, a small glass terrace with a sofa and two armchairs, with garden and pool views.
The upper floor, with a small terrace, is accessed by an exterior staircase. It has a living/dining room with TV / SAT and fireplace. The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine and a large fridge with freezer. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a french double bed, one with two single beds and one with a single bed. It has a bathroom with a shower.
There is a parking place on the plot. Distance to the beach 2,4km, to the center 3,5km, to Les Rotes 2,3km, to the supermarket 2,4km and to bars/restaurants 2,2km.
