With 4 steps stairs we can access to a cover terrace with furniture and views to the swimming pool and the sea and also is the main entrance to the 100m2 house.
Once in the house we find the living room with Sat-tv, chimney and air conditioner. Also is the American kitchen with all the amenities like oven, dish washer, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob and coffee machine.
The wash machine and the dryer are behind the house in an independent room, outside access.
At the ground floor are two bedrooms with 160cm beds, one of them with suite bathroom and bath. Both bedrooms have air conditioner. The other bathroom is at the corridor.
Through the inside stairs located in the living room we will arrive at the house tower where the third bedroom is, the bed has also 135cm and the room has two terraces, once with mountains views and the other one with sea views.
The plot has enough space for 2-3 vehicles but just one will be covered by a pergola.
The house owner will be very grateful if nobody smokes inside the house.
The distance to the sand beach La Marineta is just for 2,6 km, to the city centre 2,5km, to the supermarkets Lidl and Consum 1,8km and the closest restaurant 1,5 km.
Accommodation is only available from middle may to first week September.
