The house is situated on a gated plot of 790m2 with a 4x8m swimming pool and Roman steps, outdoor shower and a small children's pool. The house comprises over two floors, downstairs is the living room which has TV / SAT and DTT-freeview and has an access to the covered terrace, that has garden furniture and barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet and a storage room with washing machine. Via the interior staircase you reach the top floor which has 3 double bedrooms with single beds, two of the mentioned bedrooms with pool and sea views.
