In one of the most beautiful areas of Denia, this villa is located with views of the sea and the mountain and just 7.5km from the beach. The two-storey house is situated in a residential area, quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle found in summer. The plot is 880 m² and 170 m² habitable. The various terraces of the house make it have both sun and shade areas. The large 11mx4m swimming pool is located just in front of the main terrace where you can enjoy fantastic dinners with wonderful views.
