The villa in Denia has 3 bedrooms and has capacity for 6 people. The villa is cozy, is modern, and is 150 m². It has views of waterfront and the mountain. The property is located 4 km from Mercadona supermarket, 5 km from Denia city, 6 km from Las Marinas sand beach, 7 km from Las Rotas rock beach. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood in a mountainous area. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), private swimming pool, covered parking the same building, TV, tv satellite, radio. In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster are provided. According to municipal ordinance, barbecue with fire cannot be used from June 1 to October 15. Electricity included from June to September. From October to May: 100 kw / week incl. The cost per extra Kw consumed will be € 0.30 per KW.
Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.
