It has views to the sea and to the mountain. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood in a mountainous zone at just 2 km from the beach and 2.5 km from Denia´s center.The accommodation is equipped with the following things: garden, garden furniture, fence parcel, terrace, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet, private swimming pool, open-air car parking (3 seats) in the same building, tv, satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster are provided.
