Inside: the first floor is closed. 2nd floor: the access to the second floor is by stairs (8 steps). The dining room has aproximadetly 20 m² with a table, 4 chairs and and a door with access to the terrace. The living room has aproximadetly 20 m²: sofa with 2 seats, 2 armchairs and Sat-TV. The kitchen has aproximadetly 10 m² and is completely equipped: refrigerator with freezer, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and more utensils. Bedroom 1 has aproximadetly 10 m² with double bed, bedroom 2 has aproximadetly 9 m² with 2 individual beds. Bathroom with bathtub and guest-WC. Outside area: pool of 8x4 m with shower, terrace with table, 4 chairs and 4 loungers, sunshade and barbecue. Extras: animals are not allowed.
