The house has been built recently and perfectly combines the colonial style with a modern design, making it an elegant and comfortable property. It is perfect for families or large groups as it can accommodate 8 people and features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room a kitchen on 3 floors.

The location

Its location in the protected area of Cap d'Or will guarantee you privacy and tranquility during your stay. You will also be close to the center of Moraira where you will find a large offer of restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Bedrooms

Its 4 bedrooms are distributed on 3 floors. On the first floor you will find bedrooms #1 and #2, with double bed, air conditioning and luxurious bathroom with bathtub and first class marble floors.
On the top floor you will find bedroom #3 with air conditioning, en suite bathroom and private terrace with beautiful views on the sea and the Peñon.

Last but not least, you will find an apartment downstairs. It features bedroom #4 with living room equipped with a plasma TV and an en suite bathroom with shower.

Living room

The living room is very spacious and luminous thanks to its large windows with direct access to the pool. It features high quality modern furniture in impeccable state. The room is equipped with air conditioning to ensure an optimal temperature at all times.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances from Bosch brand and opens on the living-dining room.

Large scale celebrations are not allowed. Only friends and family visits are allowed. It is forbidden to accommodate more guests than house capacity limits.
