You find the swimming pool at the backside of your villa. You reach the swimming pool through stairs downside. Here you can fully enjoy the Spanish sun and outdoor life. The surroundings of your villa

Costa Brava, with it's length of about 100 km, runs from Blanes to Port Bou near the French border. This makes the Costa Brava a very popular holiday destination for tourist who travel by car. In the South of the Costa Brava you will find the La Selva district, between the town of Blanes and Tossa de Mar. All Club Villamar villas are situated in this district. The Romans too knew that your days are best spend at the 'Rough Coast'. In the several fisherman villages you will find remains of this period, with the burrow of Tossa de Mar as a jewel on the crown. The kindness of the climate ( in winter the temperatures rarely drops below zero degrees and well is well above 30 degres in the summer), make it possible to enjoy this extraordinarily beautiful rugged coastline and the several sandy beaches year round. Together with the hearthwarming character of the local populace, the rich historical past, the lovely green hills and the varied exquisite kitchen makes the Costa Brava a holiday region which has a lot going for itself. Drawn by these riches, many famous artist have found serenity and peace at this Spanish part of coast.

The owner lives on the lower part of the house but has its own terrace, you will have the exclusivity to use the pool.

The top floor, Gaudi, is a spacious 100 m² penthouse featuring 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, and two with two single beds each. It also includes a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a 40 m² penthouse terrace with panoramic views of the sea and surroundings.

The middle floor, Dali, is approximately 100 m² and includes 3 bedrooms: two rooms with two single beds (220 cm long) that can be joined, and one room with two single beds. This level features a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, and a living room with beautiful sea views. Guests also have access to a 22 m² breakfast terrace, a 30 m² shaded terrace, and a 15 m² fly-over terrace with views of the sea and pool.

On the lower floor, Goya offers about 100 m² with one bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, a kitchen, and a living room with direct access to a 44 m² terrace boasting stunning sea and pool views.

The house is easily accessible by taxi or bus from Girona Airport (30 minutes) or Barcelona Airport (1 hour), and is just a 1-hour drive from the French border.
