This lovely, fully detached 5-bedroom villa can accommodate 7 people and has a private pool as well as stunning views over the Mediterranean. Villa Sinabung is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood on a dead end street with space to park your car. Due to its ideal location, just 1100 metres from the beach, Villa Sinabung is ideal for families with children.
Villa Sinabung is situated above street level and has a living area of 230m2. The front door on the first floor gives access to the fully furnished spacious living room, which is beautifully light due to its many windows, and at the same time offers stunning views over the azure Mediterranean. On this floor you will also find the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. On the ground floor are a further 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From the kitchen and the bedroom on the first floor you have access to the balcony. The functionally designed interior of the villa is light and has a cosy Spanish atmosphere. Furthermore, the villa benefits from central heating for colder days, and air conditioning for when it is warm. Villa Sinabung also has free Wi-Fi!
On one side of the villa a short staircase leads down to the beautiful private swimming pool where children can enjoy themselves while you completely relax on one of the beautifully landscaped terraces this villa offers. On the stone barbecue you can prepare the most delicious meals to enjoy al fresco in the Spanish sun!

Villa Sinabung is located in the Spanish Costa Brava region, and can be found a short distance from the cosmopolitan resort of Lloret. The Costa Brava has a total length of about 100 kilometres and runs from Blanes to Port Bou near the French border. Due to its ideal location, the Costa Brava is a very popular destination for tourists who go on holiday by car.
In several fishing villages in this region you can still find remains from Roman times, with the showpiece being the castle of Tossa de Mar. The Romans, in their time, had already noticed that the “Rugged Coast”, i.e. the Costa Brava, was a perfect place to stay.
The Costa Brava enjoys a wonderful Mediterranean climate which ensures that in the winter months the temperature rarely drops below zero degrees, while in summer it is around 30 degrees. Given the mild climate, it is possible to enjoy the extraordinarily beautiful rocky coastline and the various sandy beaches that the Costa Brava offers at all times of the year.
The extremely hospitable and friendly nature of the locals, the rich historical culture, the beautiful wooded surroundings and the varied cuisine, ensure that the Costa Brava is a holiday region which has much to offer its visitors.
