Barcelona And Its Spectacular Barceloneta

When people refer to Barceloneta, they refer to the Old Quarter of Barcelona which is now one of the most popular districts and the most visited one in Barcelona. 1992 was the year when Barcelona hosted the Olympic Games, so the 18th century quarter was modernized with a spectacular Waterfront packed with shops full of souvenirs, bars and restaurants. However, the old air of the district is still alive and tourists can enjoy the beauty of the streets that were built by the order of Felipe V.

Also part of the attraction of Barceloneta is the Barceloneta beach where you can get a perfect Spanish tan but you should not miss the park either, which was built on the old military fortress.
