Places of interest in Spain – Zeniamar

Costa Blanca is one of the most preferred places amongst tourists who visit Spain. Blessed with beautiful beaches which are spread across the Mediterranean Sea for a distance of about 220 kilometers, it is one of the stunningly beautiful places of Spain. In many places, great mountains run parallel to the coast and the place in between the coast and the mountains has rich vegetation. Naturally, tourists are attracted to this beautiful picturesque place where they can spend their holiday.

Modern touch:

Orihuela Costa is one of the popular coasts located in the South of Costa Blanca. Zeniamar is urbanized and is just a ten minutes’ walk from the beach. Fleminca Beach is the closest beach from Zeniamar. The beach has facilities for many water sports. The place is so beautiful and so self-content that many people from Britain make frequent visits to this town.

In fact some of them have become permanent residents of this town. It is very well connected from the Alicante and Murcia airports also. The urbanization and the landscape in and around the town are very well planned by experts in architecture and landscaping.

Entertainment:

There are three popular golf grounds in Zeniamar. Many popular international tournaments are played in these grounds. The location of the golf grounds itself is something unique; they are just in the midst of beautiful landscape. These three golf grounds are located in Villamartin, Ramblas and Campoamor.
There are places for fun fair and the weekly market which is held every Friday.

The other place of interest is the Aqua Splash which is quite fascinating for people of all ages. Those who like good works of craft should visit the Craft Market which is located in the centre of the city. Other entertainments include modern cinema hall and bowling ring. There is a modern football ground where matches are held almost every day.

Never forget to visit the forest of palm trees which is also close to the city. It is located at a very strategic place with majestic Tall Mountain in the background. In fact, it is called the ‘city of palm’. Also, there are other places of interest like Murcia, Orihuela, Cartagena and Alicante which are known for many places of historical importance like palaces, churches, monasteries, etc.

These places are within a distance of about one hour drive from Zeniamar. For the convenience of tourists, there are many villas and hotels in and around Zeniamar.
