The main attractions are the Iglesia de San Nicolás neo-classical church with its octagonal bell tower, the 19th-century fish market, the modernist town from 1913, the manor house from the 16th century that now houses the “La Cooperativa” municipal library, the modernist Ca l’Arnau tourism office and Can Campassol, trulythe green “lung” of the town. La Pilona is a big rock which, at the beginning of the 20th century, served as a platform for the arrival of iron ores in small waggons from the mines of the Palomeras Can mountain.
