In and around Lloret de Mar.

Lloret de Mar is a small seaside resort where it is not always
easy to get around by car at the height of the season.

Here are our tips and several alternative options for getting around town easily.

Driving and parking in Lloret de Mar

You have driven down from France to your holiday accommodation in Spain. Yes, you can get around town in your car. However, this is not always easy.

The town centre of Lloret de Mar is largely given over to pedestrians. Unsurprisingly, traffic restrictions apply in this area. Your best bet is to park your car in one of the town’s 11 municipal car parks. They incur a charge and in high season, it will be difficult to find a spot. There are also temporary parking areas marked out by blue lines on the road. Finally there are several private car parks but you must have deep pockets to afford these. In answer to the question: where to park your car for free in Lloret de Mar, the best answer is: in the car park of your residence, hotel or holiday home.
